TEHRAN – A Saha airline plane made an emergency landing on Monday in Ahvaz airport due to a technical problem in one of its engines.

The Boeing 707, flight number 124, with 174 passengers on board made an emergency landing 10 minutes after it took off (at 9:40 a.m. local time) from Ahvaz airport to fly to Tehran, Iranian Aviation Organization’s spokesman told the Mehr News Agency.
No passenger was hurt, the spokesman added.
Iran suffered two flight disasters on July 15 and July 24.
In the July 15 accident a 23-year-old Russian-made Tupolev Tu154M plane crashed near the northwest city of Qazvin, killing all 153 passengers and 15 crew members aboard.
Also, on July 24 a plane with 153 aboard skidded on the runaway at Mashhad Airport and hit the airport fence, leaving 16 dead and 31 injured. High speed blamed for the incident.
