Irano-Uzbek Transportation Issues Reviewed

TEHRAN - The Uzbek Ambassador to Tehran, Abd-ul Sama Haidarov and Iran's Road and Transport Minister Mahmoud Hojjati here Wednesday exchanged views on broadening cooperation in land and air transportations. At this meeting Haidarov told the Iranian minister that his country was all set to sell aircraft and provide repair services to Iran, according to the public relations office of the ministry.

The Uzbek ambassador stated that the meeting of the transport experts was an appropriate occasion for the expansion of cooperation between the two countries. Expressing Tashkent-Tehran relation as satisfactoy Hojjati said, bilateral cooperation in the area of transportation was exial. Broadening of cooperation in the transportation area would help boost political and economic goals, road minister stated. (IRNA)
