Ugandans, Many Who Had Never Seen a Movie, Flock to ``Titanic'' ``Titanic''

KAMPALA, Uganda Irene Nassuuna had never been to the movies before she went to see Saturday's Ugandan premiere of the Oscar-winning blockbuster ``Titanic.'' ``It's a romantic movie and very touching,'' said Nassuuna, 19. ``This is a historic day for me as I have never watched a film before.'' Nassuuna was born in 1979 just as dictator Idi Amin was being ousted after eight years of brutal rule.

During which he expelled Ugandans whose ancestors came from the Indian subcontinent. (AP)
