Guinea Interested in Using Iran's Experience in Fisheries

AHVAZ, Khuzestan - Guinean Ambassador to Tehran Alpha Ebrahimasou voiced his country's interest in using Iran's experience in fisheries, especially in fish farming and shrimp culture. After inspecting fish farming projects in the province, the Guinean envoy said that the large number of rivers in his country provided a suitable ground for implementation of fishery programs. Ebrahimasou met with Director General of Khuzestan Fisheries Rajabali Rahmati yesterday in which he said Iran's performance in a short period of time is amazing.

Stressing that Iran can help guinea in its fishery sector at expert level, he said the Islamic Republic can also set a good example for other Islamic countries in this connection. During his one-day stay in Khuzestan, the Guinean Ambassador visited fishery projects in Abadan, Khorramshahr and Ahvaz. (IRNA)
