TABRIZ, E. Azarbaijan Province At least two persons have been killed and 12 villages damaged as a result of floods in in this northwestern province during the past two days. Floods hit Siyah Roud district of Jolfa in north of this province following torrential rains which started Monday evening. At least two persons are reported killed, tens of livestock destroyed and hundreds of hectares of farmlands damaged.
