TEHRAN (May 25) The visiting Vice-Speaker of Vietnamese Parliament Njuven Phuc Thanh (L) confers with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Ruhani. Phuc Thanh arrived here yesterday for a five-day visit to discuss promotion of Tehran-Hanoi parliamentary cooperation. Upon his arrival at Tehran's International Airport, he told reporters that his visit to Tehran can resume exchange of parliamentary delegations which has been halted since last year.
