HAMEDAN - Hamedan's Micronized Powder Plant with an annual capaciy of 10,000 tons is now operational, said the director general of the provincial mines and metal organization Mohammad Baqer Abolfathi here Monday. He added that a total of Rls.1.5 billion has been invested to implement the project, adding, 50 percent of the capital came from the national budget and the rest was raised from the shareholders.

Micronized powder is widely used in paint, tire, plastics, ceramics, and glass production. (IRNA)
