The festival has been jointly organized by the MNA and the Iran Passive Defense Organization.
Passive defense, crisis management, public preparedness in cultural, social and economic fields are the main themes of the festival.
Submissions must be sent to the festival’s secretariat until November 20 and the winners will be announced on November 28.
