| IRIB to organize festival of short films and photos on elections |

TEHRAN -- Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting’s Mostanad Channel, which is dedicated to showing documentary films, plans to organize a festival of photos and short documentary films on Iran’s upcoming elections.
Only amateurs are allowed to participate in the festival, the channel announced on its website on Monday.
All entries will be screened in the Nardeban Program, which is dedicated to the review of amateur documentaries.
In addition, directors of the films will be invited to the review panels, which will be organized by the producers of the program.
Photo entries are also scheduled to be put on display on the website of the channel.
