| Iranian musician to compose theme for “Red Carpet” |

TEHRAN -- Hamidreza Sadri has been hired to compose the theme music for “Red Carpet”, Iranian director Reza Attaran’s documentary about fringe issues at the Cannes Film Festival 2013.
The shooting of the documentary, which commenced at the Cannes Film Festival this year, will be completed in Iran.
“I haven’t read the script yet and I only know the theme of the documentary,” Sadri told the Persian service of MNA on Friday.
He said that he will begin his work after the completing of the film.
“As some parts of the film were shot in France, I probably will use a fusion of French and Iranian music for the film,” he added.
Attaran is famous for his roles in comedy. He has also directed several films and TV serials with a comic story line.
