Ali-Akbar Ranjbar was buried in a cemetery in Shahr-e Rey and the other three were buried in the Artists Section of Tehran’s Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery.
Mehdi Moradi was sent to Lorestan Province on Thursday evening to be buried in his hometown.
“Iranian security officials do not allow the import of special explosive substances for film projects and consequently, Iranian special effects coordinators have to use military explosives for explosion scenes in film projects,” Abbas Shoqi, a member of the board of directors of the Special Effects Coordinators’ Society in the Iranian House of Cinema, had earlier told the Persian service of ISNA after the explosion.
