|Fajr filmfest announces seminar schedule||
TEHRAN -- Fifteen foreign filmmakers and screenwriters will hold seminars during the 32nd Fajr International Film Festival, the organizers announced on Saturday.
All the workshops will be held at the Shahnaz Hall of the Iranian Artists Forum in Tehran.
Filmmakers Srdan Golubovic from Serbia, Julian Roman Pölsler from Austria, Faysal Soysal from Turkey, and Mahmud Behraznia and Mohammadreza Gohari from Iran will discuss the subject “From Idea to Performance” in a seminar today.
Reis Çelik from Turkey, Moumen Smihi from Morocco, Mehran Kashani and Mohammad-Ali Sajjadi will deliver speeches in a seminar entitled “Scriptwriter as a Colleague” on Tuesday.
“City in Cinema” is another seminar, which will be held on Wednesday by Shinji Aoyama from Japan, Berenice Reynaud from France, Berit Madsen from Denmark, Kambuzia Partovi and Sorush Sehhat from Iran.
Screenwriter Bruce Beresford from Australia, Mani Ratnam from India, Goran Paskaljevic from Serbia, Shadmehr Rastin and Peyman Qasemkhani from Iran will present papers on recent developments in screenwriting on Wednesday.
The 32nd Fajr International Film Festival opened on Friday and will run in Tehran until February 11.
