Entitled “Thursdays of Darvazeghar”, paintings by 60 child workers were put on sale at the exhibit.

The child workers did the paintings during a course held at the Mehr House. Shirin Mellat-Gohar, and Ghazal and Ghazaleh Bahraii were the teachers of the children.

The house is located in Darvazeghar, a poor neighborhood in south Tehran where most of the child workers are struggling for survival.

The exhibit runs until June 2 at the gallery, which can be found at 38 Azodi St., off Karimkhan Ave.
