TEHRAN – Veteran actor of stage and screen Ezzatollah Entezami will help raise funds for those suffering from multiple sclerosis or MS in a benefit event to be held at Tehran’s Asr-e Jadid Theater Hall on July 12.“Last week, I was visiting the Film Museum of Iran where a group of young boys and girls suffering MS came to visit me,” he told the Persian service of Iranian Students News Agency on Friday. “I was quite touched to see them suffering, so I called producer Abdollah Alikhani to suggest arranging a program in support of them and he warmly welcomed the idea,” he added. He also said that managing director of the Jam-e Jam World Channel Majid Rajabi-Memar also announced his willingness to help, adding, “I was then invited to a program at Jam-e Jam where we talked about this disease prevalent among the youth. Fortunately many from the United States and Europe called to help.” Entezami had previously taken part in several benefit programs.
