| Iranian companies present at European game fair |

TEHRAN -- Seven Iranian computer game firms are participating in Gamescom 2011, a leading European game industry fair, which is currently underway in Cologne. “Mirmahna”, “Hidden Treasure”, “Mountaineer”, “Black Gold”, “The Heart of Simorgh” and “Dream Farm” are the Iranian games being offered at the fair that runs until August 23. RAS Games, Fan Afzar Sharif Company Ltd., Donya-ye Bazi, Espris Puyanama Studio, Kanun Game Co. and Surena Game Studio are some of the companies participating at the event with the sponsorship of the Iran National Foundation of Computer Games. Iran participated in the previous edition of the festival, which obtained highly positive feedback from the international media, the press release mentioned. The first edition of the fair, which is the replacement event for the GC-Games Convention, took place in 2009. As the largest trade fair and event highlight for interactive games and entertainment, Gamescome is hosting 480 exhibitors from 33 countries in this year’s edition..
