| Iran’s youngest orchestra to perform in Tehran |

TEHRAN -- An orchestra comprised of Iran’s youngest musicians will be performing concerts at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall today and tomorrow. The concerts, which have been organized by the Orff Music Center, will consist of two parts, the Persian service of ISNA reported on Friday. The first part, to be performed by 50 guitarists, will be led by 13-year-old conductor Ali Jabbari. A repertoire of Iranian children’s musical pieces has been arranged for this part. Afterward, 100 others will join the orchestra to perform the second part of the concert that includes selections from Azeri, Russian, Indian, Chinese and Arab music.
