.jpg) TEHRAN – The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought will hold an international conference on the Syrian crisis in Tehran on September 26 and 27, according to the Public Relations Department of the WFPIST.
Scholars and intellectuals from Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Indonesia, India, and Pakistan will attend the conference to help find an Islamic solution to the crisis.
The participants of the conference will discuss a number of subjects, including the situation in Syria and the solution to the crisis, the policies of countries and international organizations on the Syrian crisis, the future of the Syrian crisis, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s initiative for the settlement of the crisis, and the role of ulama (scholars) in the awakening of the Islamic ummah in the face of the enemies’ plots against the resistance.
