Wrestler Hamid Sourian wins gold in Pytlasinski's Memorial

c_330_235_16777215_0___images_stories_edim_09-2(28).jpgThe 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Hamid Sourian claimed a gold medal at the International FILA Tournament “Wladyslaw Pytlasinski's Memorial” in Gdansk, Poland on Sunday.
Sourian defeated Lithuanian Edgaras Venckaitis  5-0 in the first match. He beat Edgar Melkumov 7-0 and defeated Michal Kosla 8-2, both from Poland, and advanced to the final match of the 66kg.
In the final match, the Iranian defeated Croatian Dominik Etlinger 2-0 and won the gold medal. 
In 85kg weight category, Mojtaba Karimfar seized a silver medal. 
The Iranian Greco-Roman wrestler defeated Russian Movsar Duguchev 6-0. Karimfar beat German Denis Kudla 3-1 and defeated Javid Hamazatau from Belarus in the semi-final. 
Karimfar lost to Melonin Noumonvi from France 4-2 and claimed a silver medal.
