SHAHRE KORD – Iran has achieved self-sufficiency in producing veterinary drugs, the head of Iran’s Veterinary Organization stated.
Despite the economic sanctions, foreign currency exchange problems and increase in the raw material price, the domestic production of veterinary drugs now is in a good condition both in quality and quantity, IRNA quoted Mohsen Dastour as saying on Tuesday.
Several domestically-made vaccines were unveiled in the past Iranian year, which ended on March 20, some of them will be mass produced in this year, he added.
