 TEHRAN – Valiollah Seif has been appointed by members of the Central Bank of Iran’s general assembly as the new governor of the bank, ISNA reported on Sunday.Seif replaced Mahmoud Bahmani at the position. Seif hold a PhD degree in accounting and finance. He has served as the managing director of Melli, Sepah, Mellat, Saderat, and Karafarin banks in Iran, as well as Future Bank in Bahrain.
