 TEHRAN – The 11th Tehran International Construction Fair (Confair 2011) kicked off at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds on Tuesday.Some 350 foreign companies from South Korea, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Turkey, China, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, England, France, India, Pakistan, Poland, and USA besides 1,050 domestic firms are participating in the expo. The exhibition aims at showcasing the latest achievements in different fields such as architectural hardware, ceiling and wall coating, color, paste, construction machinery, electrical and electronic equipment, lifts and crane, locks and handles, pipes and fittings, as well as rail and road safety working tools. The fair will close on July 29.
