Scientists say that 15 minutes of daily exercise is the bare minimum an adult must do to gain any health benefits.

The study conducted in Taiwan showed exercising for 15 minutes daily adds three years to a person’s life expectancy.

This "may convince many individuals that they are able to incorporate physical activity into their busy lives", Dr. Anil Nigan of the University of Montreal says.
