Analysis of the patient: A type 2 diabetic patient aged fifty two, who has been suffering from impotence for 12 months was visited on June 6 2011.
His chief complaint was smoking cigarettes. His family and friends, as passive smokers, had suggested him very often to quit smoking, but it seemed extremely hard to say good-bye to such an awful and risky habit.
- The main selected rubrics (symptoms):
MIND-LOQUACITY
MIND-SUSPICIOUS
MIND-DICTATIRIAL
GENERALS-FOOD AND DRINKS-tobacco desire
URINE-SUGAR
Prescription: Lachesis 30c in liquid form was prescribed for the patient and taken by him, afterwards.
Course of treatment:  According to his personal characteristics and case taking, I prescribed him Lachesis muta 30c, a wonderful curative remedy derived from one of the most killing snakes in Amazon forests.
The remedy was ordered to be taken 2 drops 3 times a day for a week. The patient was visited after 5 days. Nasty smell of cigarettes was not understood by my smelling nerve cells, he looked much happier than his first visit, as well.
He said:” I feel better now, smoke less cigarettes and my impotence has been cured, too. I have been suffering from it for one year.”
Conclusion: Once again a Devine homeopathic remedy cured a bothering and a rather hard to cure symptom in a diabetic patient. Impotence is a common complaint in diabetic men. The incidence of impotence in diabetic men is reported to be almost 50 percent according to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov .
