The new obesity strategy being reviewed by the government of England has stressed that people needed to be more aware and honest regarding how much they eat and drink. However, the new plan was labelled "pathetic” and slow by experts. Figures show that over 60 percent of English adults & 2 percent of toddlers are considered overweight or obese; the government is hoping these rates would fall by 2020. Currently, an average adult consumes 10 percent more calories than their allowance. (Source: shortnews)
