Iran, Algeria highlight housing co-op

TEHRAN -- Iran’s Minister of Housing and Urban Development Mohammad Saidi-Kia met with his Algerian counterpart here on Monday.

“Iranian companies active in the housing sector enjoy considerable potentials and capabilities for executing housing and development projects and we are ready to cooperate with Algeria in related fields,” Saidi-Kai said, Mehr News Agency reported.
Noureddine Moussa, the Algerian Minister of Housing and Urban Development, for his part, welcomed all-out cooperation between Tehran and Algiers.
“During my visit to Iran’s housing research center I came to the conclusion that the two countries can broaden their relations in the field of construction and housing,” the Algerian official added.
“We are prepared to lay the grounds for the engagement of Iranian merchants and experts in Algeria,” he said
