TEHRAN – Representatives of 150 industrial firms from across the globe including four Iranian companies attended the exhibitions in Kiev marking Ukraine Industrial Week from October 28 to 31, IRIB reported.

The Industrial Week in Ukraine integrated the specialized exhibitions of (KIEVMASH-2008),the 10th national exhibition of machine-building and instrument-making industry, (RUBBER-2008), the 10th national exhibition of rubber and technical and tire industry, (FUEL-RESOURCES-ENERGY-2008), the 11th international exhibition of traditional and untraditional technologies of power production and use, (INTERCHEM/OILCHEM-2008), the 12th international exhibition of chemical and petrochemical industry, (ANTIRUST PROTECTION–2008), (CABLE, WIRE, ACCESSORIES-2008), (TECHWELDING-2008), (EMPIRE OF METAL–2008), and (INLEGMASH-2008).
The main purpose of the Industrial Week was the unification of efforts of businesses, scientific centers and industries for solving of problems of present times: technical re-equipment of production, energy-saving, resource economy, and increasing of competitiveness of production in the domestic and foreign markets
