OPEC aims to meet with Russian Energy Ministry and oil companies

Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) aims to meet with the Russian Energy Ministry and oil companies, APA-ECONOMICS reports quoting the Russian newspapers.

OPEC proposed to hold a meeting in Moscow to coordinate joint activity for determination of acceptable costs to restore the crude sources. The Russian Energy Ministry delivered the OPEC’s proposal to the oil companies.

Oil price is $73 per barrel in the world market now.

OPEC is a cartel of twelve countries made up of Algeria, Angola, Venezuela, Gabon, Iraq, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Ecuador.
