TEHRAN - A multiple-vehicle car crash on the highway between Karaj and Qazvin to the west of capital Tehran left 43 people injured on Friday.

Qazvin Province Red Crescent deputy chief Hekmatollah Hashemi told IRNA that the accident had no death toll.
He added the pile-up occurred around 1:00 pm, where a bus overturned and changed its lane, leading to several collisions along the way.

Red Crescent forces then took the injured people to Abyek and Nazarabad medical care centers for treatment.
