Iranian, Kuwaiti Legislatures Should Promote Investment

KUWAIT - Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran (Majlis) Hojatoleslam Ali-Akbar Nateq nouri here Tuesday told a group of visiting Kuwaiti businessmen that legislative assemblies of Iran and Kuwait would do well to adopt measures for promoting trade between the two countries. The Kuwaiti entrepreneurs and bankers told the speaker of the Majlis of Iran that they are ready to make investments in Iran and buy Iranian products.

They also briefed Nateqnouri on current impediments to Iran-Kuwait trade and requested him to eliminate them by proper legislation at the Majlis. (IRNA) {eco]
