Kharrazi to Visit Japan Soon

TOKYO Official sources said here Friday that Iran's Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi would shortly visit Tokyo, the first foreign minister of Iran to do so in 11 years. Among topics likely to be discussed by the Iranian foreign minister and Japanese officials is the second portion of Japan's loan to Iran for financing Karoun Dam in Khuzestan Province of Iran which has been held in abeyance for some time now.
