TEHRAN – A factory for manufacturing HMX (octogen) explosives was inaugurated at the Defense Industries Organization of the Defense Ministry in Tehran on Wednesday.

Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan, addressing the inaugural ceremony, announced plans to boost the penetration and destructive power of missile payloads along with the much improved precision-striking capability, Fars reported.
