TEHRAN – Iran’s ambassador to Malaysia has said various countries are interested in establishing relations with Iran in the post-sanctions era, ILNA reported.

Speaking in a meeting in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, Marzieh Afkham hailed the removal of sanctions on Iran as “Iran’s prideful exit from sanctions”.

“The world sees Iran as a country which has lived through the sanctions relying on its internal forces. This has created much respect for Iranians with foreigners,” the female diplomat remarked.
