IRGC: U.S. struck Iran-built arms factory in Syria

TEHRAN – A senior commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps on Tuesday said the U.S. has targeted and completely demolished a weapons factory built by Iran in Syria.

IRGC Aerospace Force Commander Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh said the demolished factory had been built by Iran in Syria’s Aleppo for making surface to surface missiles, Donyaye Eghtesad newspaper said on its website.

He accused the U.S. of taking measures aimed at eliminating the armies of Islamic countries.
