TEHRAN – If Donald Trump as the future president of the United States move to scrap the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), he will have to bear it as a dark spot on his record, a political expert has said.

In an interview with Mehr published on Sunday, John Limbert, former head of the U.S. State Department's Iran office, said it is regrettable that Trump is surrounded by figures who do not hold friendly outlooks toward Iran.
