TEHRAN -- Pakistan’s army chief has said that stronger defense ties between Tehran and Islamabad can enhance regional peace and stability.

“Enhanced Iran-Pakistan military-to-military cooperation will have positive impact on regional peace and stability,” General Qamar Javed Bajwa said in a meeting with the Iranian Ambassador to Islamabad Mehdi Honardoost, the Dawn news website reported on Sunday.
