TEHRAN – President Hassan Rouhani sent a message to President Joko Widodo to congratulate him on the national day of the Republic of Indonesia.

“I sincerely congratulate the national day of the Republic of Indonesia to your Excellency and the people of your country,” Rouhani wrote, his official website reported on Thursday.

“I hope with regard to historic, friendly ties between the two countries and based on ample potentials, we witness growing ties and cooperation,” Rouhani added.
