TEHRAN – Iranian filmmaker Mohammad-Hassan Shah-Mohammadi has been selected for the jury of the Short Soup International Short Film Festival in Sydney, the organizers have announced.

He will be on the international jury panel with Francesca Scalisi from Italy and Iqbal Barakat from Australia.

The Short Soup International Short Film Festival will run for one day on January 28.

In addition, the 2-minute animation “Notification” by Alireza Taheri from Iran has been selected to compete in the official selection.

The festival presents 15 short films from Australia, Canada, Ecuador, France, Iceland, Poland, Iran, Spain, Ukraine and the U.S. in different categories.
