Iran, Japan discuss regional, international issues

TEHRAN – Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Takeo Mori who had visited Tehran held talks on Saturday with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, discussing regional and international issues.

During the meeting, Zarif referred to good ties between the two countries in various fields, highlighting the growing economic cooperation between the two countries.

Bilateral ties, regional and international issues and the Iran nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), were among topics reviewed by the two officials.
