| Majlis women’s faction urges UN to end killings in Myanmar |

 TEHRAN – The women’s faction of the Iranian parliament issued a statement on Wednesday calling on the United Nations to take immediate action to end the killing of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
The MPs also called on the Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Union to take the measures necessary to stop the killings.
In addition, they criticized the self-proclaimed advocates of human rights for remaining silent on the issue.
