Tokyo governor donates $50,000 to quake-hit Iranians

c_330_235_16777215_0___images_stories_edim_02_br3(76).jpgTEHRAN – Tokyo’s governor Shintaro Ishihara has donated $50,000 in cash to the people affected by the recent earthquake in northwestern Iran, reports said on Saturday.    
 
During a meeting with Iranian Ambassador Reza Nazar-Ahari at the Iranian Embassy in Tokyo, the governor’s deputy delivered the cash aid and expressed hope that the reconstruction process of the quake-hit areas would be carried out as soon as possible.
