Iran warned 50 foreign aircrafts during NAM summit in Tehran

c_330_235_16777215_0___images_stories_edim_02_br5(40).jpgTEHRAN – The commander of the Khatam-ol-Anbia Anti-Aircraft Base has said that during the Non-Aligned Movement summit in Tehran late last month, the Islamic Republic sent out 50 warnings to foreign aircrafts, which had approached Iran’s borders.  
 
Speaking at an open session of the Majlis on Sunday, Brigadier General Farzad Esmaeili commented on the efforts to maintain the security of the summit and said the Khatam-ol-Anbia Anti-Aircraft Base is “one of the main pillars” maintaining the country’s security.
