|Iranian plane makes emergency landing, no casualties||
TEHRAN – An Iranian passenger plane flying from Tehran to Ahvaz made an emergency landing at Mehrabad Airport, west Tehran, on Tuesday without any casualties.
Speaking to the Persian service of the Mehr News Agency, the deputy commander of the Air Force for coordination affairs, Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, said that the plane, which was a Fokker 100 with 140 passengers, made the emergency landing due to a technical problem.
He said, fortunately, the personnel of the Air Force made an immediate action and prevented any serious incident.
