According to Reuters, Turkish artillery hit targets inside Syria on Thursday after a mortar bomb fired from Syrian territory killed five Turkish civilians on the same day.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said, “Such incidents have no objective but to undermine friendship and brotherhood between the people of neighboring countries.”

Iran will continue its well-intentioned efforts to resolve the problems facing Syria and believes that dialogue is the only solution to the current problems.
