|Iranian, Tajik, Afghan presidents hold joint meeting||
TEHRAN - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Afghan President Hamid Karzai, and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon held a joint meeting in Kuwait City on Tuesday.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the first summit of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD), which was held on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The presidents called for enhanced cooperation between the three countries on regional and international issues.
The participants of the summit issued a statement at the end of the event, in which they agreed that the third ACD summit be held in Tehran in 2018.
