.jpg) TEHRAN – Basij Commander Mohammad Reza Naqdi has said that he thinks in nuclear discussions, Iran should not demand that the sanctions be lifted because they provide the country with opportunities.
“If I were in officials’ shoes, I would never include the precondition of lifting the sanctions and would tell the enemy, ‘put as many sanctions as you want because you create opportunities for us with sanctions,’” Naqdi told worshippers in a pre-sermon speech at this week’s Friday prayers in Tehran.
