| I may run for president if situation changes: Bahonar |

.jpg) TEHRAN – Mohammad Reza Bahonar, the secretary general of the Islamic Society of Engineers, said on Sunday that he may stand as a presidential candidate if the situation changes.
“If the situation changes, in the future I may stand as a candidate,” Bahonar told reporters on the sidelines of the rallies marking the 34th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
Bahonar who is currently the deputy speaker of the parliament said unity among principlists is very important in the next presidential election, which will be held on June 14.
