.jpg) TEHRAN – The first deputy Majlis speaker says he may run in the presidential election if certain conditions are met and he reaches a final decision.
Mohammad Hassan Aboutorabi-Fard, a soft-spoken principlist clergyman, said a number of people from Combatant Clergy Association, Qom Seminary, academic centers, and former prisoners of war (POWs) have requested him to run for the presidential post.
Iran’s presidential election will be held on June 14.
