TEHRAN – The peaceful presidential election held in Iran on June 14 signified the democratic nature of the country, Ukrainian Ambassador to Tehran Oleksandr Samarskiy told the Fars News Agency in an interview published on Saturday.
He also expressed hope that negotiations between Iran and world powers over the country’s nuclear program would produce a breakthrough.
