TEHRAN – Indian Defense Minister A. K. Antony has welcomed expansion of defense cooperation with Iran in different areas, Press TV reported.
During a meeting on Saturday, the Indian minister and Iranian Ambassador to New Delhi Gholam-Reza Ansari stressed the importance of developing defense cooperation and explored ways to expand relations in this regard.
Pointing to achievements made by Iran and India in the defense industry, the Iranian envoy expressed Tehran’s readiness to exchange experiences in defense industry with New Delhi.
