.jpg) TEHRAN – Egyptian security forces raided the office of Iran’s Arabic-language television network Al Alam in Cairo on Saturday and confiscated the equipment.
The forces gave no explanation for the raid and detained Ahmad Al Siyoufi, the office director, for questioning.
The Egyptian officials have claimed that the channel had no legal license to operate in the country.
